- No unaccompanied under 17’s. (Maximum of 4 children per adult). All children to be supervised and not allowed to move, remove or damage any property at Ronnie’s Field.
- No unaccompanied dogs!
- ALL WASTE MUST BE COLLECTED AND DISPOSED OF in the blue bin in Poo Paddock.
- NO LITTER to be left in the field
- All bookings must be paid for in advance, and are non-refundable
- All dogs must be up to date with flea and worm treatments
- Ronnie’s Field has 6ft secure fencing – if your dog can jump higher than 6ft, I cannot be held responsible for its safety
- If your dog is a digger, please ensure it is not left alone to dig holes near the fences, compromising the security of my field and other dogs.
- Your booking is for 50 minutes from on the hour to ten minutes to the hour – please ensure you have VACATED THE CAR PARK BY 10 MINUTES TO THE HOUR to avoid clashing with the next booking.
- Please leave the field at the end of your time slot – even if you arrived late, locking the combination locks behind you
- PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOG / DOGS ON A LEAD when not in the field
- Please be mindful of other dogs when you are arriving and leaving the field – they may be reactive. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times when not in the field
- There are two locks to enter the field: codes will be sent to you 2 hours prior to your booked slot via text.
- PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR BOOKING FORM. If you don’t receive the codes 2 hours before your booked slot, please text me immediately. Please don’t wait until your time slot arrives before contacting me, as I may not be able to respond straight away, thus resulting in you missing your slot.
- Please be gentle with the locks and lock yourself in!
- If you need to move your booking, you can do this via your confirmation email. (This must be done at least 48 hours in advance)
- If you are interested in renting Ronnie’s Field for a longer period, or would like to take more dogs/human friends, please drop me a text. You will be asked, when booking, how many dogs/people you want to bring.
